Restaurante Universitário / Alimentação:
A diretora da DEA entrou em contato com a diretora do RU e foi informado que o RU estará em reforma e é inviável usarmos mesmo que seja a estrutura física de um andar.
Por agora, usaremos a estrutura da cozinha do Centro Comunitário.
Faremos a proposta ao Biffe que trabalhou com o ENEL 2006 de manter os preços 2,50 almoço e janta, e 1,00 café. Assumimos que a CO EREL bancará a alimentação do EREL com o valor da inscrição dos encontristas.
Foi fechado com a Diretora do RU o empréstimo de 70 mesas e cadeiras.
Segurança e Limpeza:
A CO EREL assume os gastos com a segurança e limpeza, desde que a UnB assuma o custo do som da festa cultural.
Estrutura Acadêmica:
Vamos solicitar pelo Instituto de Letras encaminhar pedido ao SAT e Prefeitura.
As passagens aéreas também serão solicitadas via IL. DEG e DPP – passagens e IL
Alojamento:
Trabalhamos na reunião com o número de 300 estudantes alojados. O valor no Minas Tênnis Clube chega a R$ 7.500,00 ao dia vezes 2 dias e meio. O DAC disse que não possui essa verba e que estudará a proposta da CO EREL de realizar o alojamento nos Pavilhões, criando a estrutura de banheiros. Encaminhar oficio na quarta-feira de manhã com a carta de aceite do Reitor em anexo.
